Lithos is recruiting for a Graduate and Student Engineer

Our recruitment process for both an industrial placement year and a graduate role in Lithos starts in Autumn.  We place adverts on university careers websites (typically MyCareer) and also on our website - Work for us - Current vacancies.  

We are an equal opportunities employer.  We hold face to face interviews at our offices in Wetherby either before Christmas or early in the new year, paying for all reasonable transports costs.  The interview typically consists of a short task, numerical test and an interview.  Offers are made within a couple of weeks of holding interviews.  We are flexible with start dates; some students choose to start as soon as university finishes, others have the summer off and start in Autumn.  We do not look more favourably on students who have done a Masters.
