Lithos supports employees with soaring cost of living

We all know that the current cost of living is increasing at an alarming rate - surging fuel and utility bills, broadband and mobile phone charges and then there's the 1.25% increase in employee national insurance.

As well as promotions and planned pay rises, we are providing some extra support to all Lithos employees by giving a mid-year 7% inflationary pay rise.  Director, Reg Perrin, commented, 'We’re all painfully aware of the increase in the cost of living, so as a business we wanted to help shoulder some of the pressure that everyone is feeling'.
